I have read two books:
The Boxcar Children
Maniac Magee
Those are my two books.
I like reading/learning about two things:
-cadavers
-little people
Related to item 1, all of you should read "Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers" by Mary Roach. It is fantastic. Probably my favorite book of all time. At least my favorite non-fiction book.
true statements:
1. books are sexy
2. i just did basic addition... incorrectly
3. the box car children are awesome
3.a. i spelled box 'bocks' originally
3.b. i corrected it to boxs
4. the last book i read (outside of school) was "Goodnight Moon"
5. the average person doesn't know how many bends are in a paperclip
I'm currently reading "The World is Flat: A Brief History of the 21st Century." For fun. It's about globalization, hehe. Jenny, how is that book that Lorig told you to read?
With paperclips being my #2 favorite office supply (anything post- it related being my #1), I guessed 3 bends, and then confirmed it by looking at the pile on my desk.
Oh.my.god. This satisfies my OCD needs to organize everything in my life, especially all the books I read. Hooray Librarians! And thank God books are sexy. I mean, now whenever you make fun of me for staying at home to read while you drunk dial me, I can at least know I'm being sexy. There is hope for me yet.
